Customer Focus

The “Customer Focus” workshop will focus on systems and mechanisms enabling  the school to engage its students and other customers for long-term market success.  This includes how the school listens to the voice of the customer, builds relationships with students and other customers, and uses students and other customers information to improve and to identify opportunities for innovation. The ultimate aim of this workshop is that school has better understandings of potential and current students, and other key stakeholders; learning various methods to determine and obtain information on market requirements, customer’s needs and expectations, satisfaction and dissatisfaction.
